As part of the project New partnerships and opportunities for innovative and sustainable approaches to social and labour market integration of vulnerable groups (NoVA), activity 2.1 Analysis of the situation and attitudes of members of the target group at the beginning of the project cycle was successfully implemented. The aforementioned activity was carried out by IPSOS with the support of other project partners.
The main goals of this initial research are to gain insight into the key obstacles and potential activation factors for integration into the labor market, which would help in defining an integrative activation program for increasing the employability of the target population and the selection of program participants and gaining insight into the current level of potential for employment of the target population, which would serve as one of the indicators for evaluating the effectiveness of the program.
The research was conducted face-to-face in respondents’ households on a sample of 813 respondents.
The NoVA project is conducted by the Ministry of Labor, Employment, Veteran and Social Affairs of the Republic of Serbia, together with the project partners from Serbia and Slovenia, including the Center for Social Policy. Project is funded by EaSI Programme. More information about the NoVA project can be found here.
