A consultative workshop was held on Thursday, 23 November 2017, regarding the draft Roadmap for the elimination of the abuse of child labor, including its worst forms, with the presentation of the findings of the Child Labor in Agriculture in Serbia Survey. The workshop was organized by the Center for Social Policy and SeCons Development Initiative Group, with the support of the Country Level Engagement and Assistance to Reduce Child Labor (CLEAR) project and the International Labor Organization (ILO).
The CLEAR project is being implemented under the Decent Work Country Program for the Republic of Serbia, with one of its components related to the mainstreaming of measures to combat child labor, including its worst forms, in child protection policy. The Center for Social Policy (CSP) created/prepared a draft Roadmap for the elimination of the abuse of child labor, with the core activities envisaged therein aimed at preventing and eliminating the consequences of child labor, including its worst forms, during the period 2018-2022.
