Project objectives was to promote good practices relating to the implementation of reforms in the fields relevant to social inclusion and poverty reduction, to pilot, adapt and promote of the Peer Review methodology for exchanging information and capacity-building, to promote the concept of evidence-based decision making; to build capacities of the representatives of institutions, organizations and local authorities for advancing the conditions, resources and processes for evidence-based decision making; to establish mechanisms for transferring good practices to other local governments.
Results: improved capacities of the representatives of local institutions, organizations and local governments for the establishment and delivery of innovative and inter-sector services on the local level. Total of 65 LGs participated in this tailor-made process of peer discussions and sharing practices and experiences in this area.
