This project aims support institutional development of the CSP by increasing the research team and improving internal governance and strategic planning, thereby improving research efficiency and allowing a more systematic approach to fundraising and communication strategy. This in turn will enable the viability and sustainability of the organization, and ensure that CSP is heading toward being a mission-based rather than expertise-based think tank. This support aims to increase CSP research capacity, improve communication, outreach and visibility of CSP and improve internal organization leaving enough space for fundraising and communication activities. This initiative is complementary to on-going projects, which are solely research and consultancy/advocacy based, therefore there cannot be overlapping in envisaged activates. Conversely, TTF help will allow researchers working solely on their research projects.
