Sanja Miloradović is a Project Coordinator at the Center for Social Policy (CSP).

She holds a Master's degree in Psychology and specializes in social inclusion issues for vulnerable groups, the development of social protection services, and, in particular, the holistic support of families with children. With extensive experience in direct work with vulnerable populations, she has also been actively involved in advocacy and activism to improve the rights and conditions of these groups, through her work with Group 484, the NGO "Lastavica," and the "HumanaS" network, among others.

Since 1993, Sanja has been a member of the association "Most", which unites professionals in the fields of conflict resolution, anti-discrimination, and the promotion of diversity. She is the author and facilitator of training sessions in these areas. From 2009 to 2013, she worked at the Ministry of Education, supporting the implementation of inclusive education through the DILS project. From 2013 to 2024, she served as an independent advisor in the Department of Research and Development at the Republic Institute for Social Protection, where she primarily monitored and reported on the quality and delivery of social protection services in both community settings and institutional care for children and youth. She is one of the authors and coordinators of the Family Support Worker pilot program. Additionally, she contributed to the development and improvement of regulatory frameworks in both the social protection and education systems. Since 2024, Sanja has been a Project Coordinator at CSP.

She is also (co)author of the Family Support Worker Service Handbook (RZSZ), the Psychosocial Support in Disasters Handbook (Serbian Red Cross), the Guide for Intersectoral Commission Work (CSP), the Guide for the Integration of Returnees (EHO), and other publications.
